On wiki it say blue fur is unlock from buying sameowrai but i have full sameowrai and can't continue to buy it for the blue fur unlock. please patch so i can buy blue fur with oddments.

I believe you need to buy a separate token to unlock the blue fur. You can buy the token via the Grand Exchange, or by directly trading another player.

From what I can see, the Wiki lists the fur as a separate unlock, and therefore not part of the outfit.
