Yes. I've seen multiple threads others have posted here regarding these supposed offers.

Often, players will fill out these surveys, only to then be told they did not qualify for whatever reason. Some of these, I've been told, require you to make one or more on-line purchases before you get your "free" keys.

Make sure you give them a throwaway E-mail address you don't care about, because your inbox will surely be spammed with "valuable third-party offers" for a lot of stuff you may not be interested in.

I know of one RS player who has claimed great success with these surveys, having earned a lot of RuneCoins through them. However, the vast majority of feedback I've read has been negative.

One thing that helps.. the first time you put in your information.. its how they find
you surveys. Its got your info on it.. I am asked to fill it out 1 time a year.

Then when i try to qualify if i do not have exact same info as the info i provided
i wont qualify.

If i do qualify then you have got to make sure the info you put in the first time is
always the info you use.

Just for your own privacy I would make a seperate email for this stuff. You need
an email to click on sample.. like the pamper one you activate thru your email to
get information on Diapers.

never ever give out your phone number.. i was foolish and had to change my phone
number about 5 years ago . lol. Never give out truely personal info like your
home address .. one survey asked for my drs name.. I x'd out I am not giving
out that kind of info.

It is do able but you have to be commited. It may be faster, in some cases, to
buy bonds in game and get 195 rc or 15 keys with a bond.

I have only done like 4 surveys this year and only got 2 to pay out. Its a gamble
with your time.

I have completed 20-30 of PeanutLabs' "offers", on different devices at different times.
I completed each offer fully and correctly.
I have never, not one single time, received payment for any of them.
I've contacted PeanutLabs support many times with no success.
The complete lack of effective customer support provided by them is frustrating, and it's equally frustrating how Jagex seems to also have zero control over the correction of these situations.
The way I see it, this is PeanutLabs and Jagex intentionally engaging in fraudulent activity, promising rewards in exchange for people's time and LOADS of valuable marketing information, using a system incapable of detecting offer completion, and being fully unwilling to resolve issues with completed but unpaid offers.
Biggest scam on RuneScape.
Meant to collect data for them to sell, nothing more.

As someone that has played RS on and off for a long time (recently came back as of yesterday after four years... xD) I can say that I have only completed a single survey through no fault of my own after attempting multiple. They'll have you do a bunch of questions and then at the end tell you "you do not fit the target demographic, lulz bye!" so after spending 15+ minutes of your time filling out their stuff you get... Nothing. Whereas they get loads of useful information that can be used for marketing and whatnot.

Personally I think it would be nice if they could just do a simple "Fill this form out and if a survey comes up that matches what you've put down you can do it." type of thing, if only so you don't have to put in the same info 900 times only to be allowed a single completion. >.>
