Recently I did the offer for "moneytips" on the PeanutLabs offer wall. I completed it as it stated, I signed up for the 7 day Trial (I was actually charged $29.95 for the full membership, but I was able to get that taken care of from moneytips).

Ive sent in my query and basically I was told that they could not verify that I had completed the offer. Even after I had showed that the company from the offer, even erroniously charged me. What steps should I take next?

I tried this when this came out. Only a fraction of these sites are paying out, according to my experience. It feels like a scam, where the sites are speculating that there are alot of kids, who just do alot, but wont complain or are easily overlooked by the corporate world (both Jagex and other companies). So they get alot of traffic, but pays out only certain percentage of what they initial claim they did.

This has been my experience with Peanut Labs, as well. Constant redirects to "spammy" types of pages., with seemingly infinite loops of requirements and no reward at the end.

Yup.
I've used the "free keys" stuff from PeanutLabs a few times, never got any reward.

What's most annoying is the surveys where I give whole boatloads of personal information (and get spammed with email advertisements afterwards) and on the last page get a notification, "Sorry you are not eligible to participate."

I've tried often enough to say that yup, it feels like they don't even intend to pay out anything.
