I used 3 keys saw 3 prismatic stars show up on the screen but only have two in inventory.
What happened and how do I fix?? This has happened before as well.

Not sure if this is the case, but a thought you can consider. I know you can go into setting and have certain things auto-redeem instead of going to inventory. Do you have prismatic stars set to go to a particular skill? If so, maybe the system redeems one, and the extras that came from the promo go to inventory?
