was using my keys just got 200 and when i used the use 10 at a time when i was around 112 keys my rewards vanished and i didnt receive anything for 10 keys .... how do i get this fixed i just spent real money kinda of upset about it Real Eyes Realize Real Lies

i didn't even get to see what they were I clicked the 10 for 1 and its came to show me the reward and then just closed out then I reopened and nothing there just the remaining keys like 100 or so Real Eyes Realize Real Lies

Hi I recently purchased treasure hunter keys on my account when the multiple items special was on. For a few items it stated I had won x2 of certain items and when I've checked my bank only one is there. Can somebody help. Thanks Cpage

I was supposed to win a rainbow token i guess? when i spun it gave me a lamp and i saw a rainbow but when i look in my inventory and bank it's not there? can anyone tell me why?thanks i also check in wardrobe and it says i need to get from treasure hunter for both i am confused lol

You sure it used up the spins? If i was to use the 10 spin option and close out of it, I get 9 spins back.

Some items you can only own 1 copy of. (lucky items ect.)
If you win one of them items on multiple, it will give you 1 item and the cashout gp for the second item.

You may of seen the rainbow multiplier token, which instantly gets used and increases the x# you can get from the th event. (6 tokens are needed to unlock x7 chest)

Sorry, but if you chargeback Jagex you will get your money back sure, but people said they lock your account and give you negative Jcoins or w/e and then you have to pay off that balance to get your account back. This is how they always get you, so I advice you to just not purchase additional keys... mtx is stupid waste of money anyway.

Yes the account will be locked and unable to be used until you pay back the negative balance. :)
