Will we ever get a lottery like system again that give you a chance to obtain limited rares like Holly Wreath and Black Santa hat? I think the Holly Wreath one was great. Had many lower rarity rares that many people obtained and then you need a "grail" or one that is 1/1000 or lower rarity. I bought so many keys in that event and would do so again for this one.

Agreed, Black party hat would be nice I mean there's already an black Santa a black party hat would not be out of the ordinary. I'm all for re-releasing content on occasion, especially rares - say about once every 5 years so that all future players have opportunity to unlock ALL game content. As it should be. A game isn't complete if you can't eventually obtain or unlock everything. Doesn't mean it has to be easy, just possible to do.

Think about starting a new account right now.
Any idea how daunting that would seem? Or see items you hear you'll never be able to get?
That's a major F'N turn-OFF to any new blood to keep a game running. Clan:
