I was suspended by Peanut labs for literally no reason. Now I have no way of earning keys. I sent PL a couple of messages. But I need keys today for the special lamp promotion. This morning I had 4 keys and got over 150k worth of experience with the lamps I received.
I wanted to make a purchase today and get 140 keys... But now I won't be able to get those lamps. I'm so upset, can Jagex reward me with keys to make up for Peanut Lab's fail? This is so unfair...
Jagex is only able to get involved in situations where you have earned keys through either Peanut Labs or SuperRewards offerwalls, but those keys have not been delivered.

The thread is starting to show its age, but please see my reply on a more recent thread. In your ban appeal, you could state that your account was hijacked.
Peanut Labs is a third party and cannot look into your account - Steam is not the issue!

@ zwazzee - Locking this as you've also got your own thread open on this, which is preferred over gravebumping a thread from nearly two years ago.
As Corder explained above, Peanut Labs is a third party company and you'll need to contact them directly about your suspension. This is not something that Jagex or the forum community can help you with.
