Me, like many players have a lot of their skills at, or above, 99 or 120. When I go to use hearts of Ice to keep from getting xp items exclusively for those skills I often get the usual warning that I am freezing more than 10 categories. Maybe a change could be made to either be able to freeze those skill for free(like challenges) or allow for the limit to not apply to the skill freezes.

The majority of prize options available at any given time is XP. That's how it's designed.

People who have 99/120/200m in every skill would be blocking 28+ prizes with your suggestion which leaves pretty much only the rare prizes.

I think hearts of ice should be removed entirely.

Anyway no support to free skill freeze on 99 skills.
