If you're referring to a cap on how many Oddments you can have , then I don't think there's a cap. If there is, it's probably quite large - I've heard of people having a stockpile of oddments numbering tens of thousands.

There was a short-lived cap to how many lamps and stars you could buy in a day, with both items having a separate cap. This was released earlier this year and has since been removed.

I think the hard cap is 2.147 billion oddments, but I really doubt anyone is gonna get close to that. Hope this helps.
