How come my friend has the offer of 50% off keys but me and my other friend dont have that offer? I have not had this offer in a long time.

Is it because he is a Premier Member?

Not much is known, except that it is a targeted offer. Not sure what "triggers" the offer, if it is related to activity, "engagement of TH" (using daily keys), previous MXT, all of the above, or none of the above. :P
