I am having the same issue. Really annoying. Why have a promotion with half off 150 keys but then you can't redeem them. This will get out and reduce people wanting to buy them which is counterproductive to jagex. I recommend doing a bug report

yeah i just got under 100 keys. lol but i did get a frosted wreath and scythe so far. probably won't get a green santa but the price of it is dropping a lot so i'll just buy one when it's cheap.
