Not getting daily keys

I'm a member and premier club member so I should get 3 keys daily. but as soon as the advent calendar started, I've only been getting one a day. Which is the key that is IN the calendar. I've looked online but I can't find anything. This is not the case for my fiancée as he is getting all his plus the one in the calendar...

Hello Pawler

Your forum chat badge marks you as a regular member. Are you sure you purchased Premier and not the normal membership package?

Also your daily keys must be used on the day they were issued. They cannot be carried over to the next day.

I have all the premier items and chat badge etc. In game. I got the T-bone pet, Premier artifact, I can use the portal to the vault once a month. I got Normal member for three months first and then the premiere bundle where I got premier and member for a year.

Also thank you for the answer about the keys.
