U can get the consumable item even if u don't have 99 summoning or a dragon.

U can trade it.

As it would be tradeable I wouldn't be spending keys for this myself.

Best way for jagex to get more ppl to buy keys for tokens/items is to make them untradeable.

Its quite obvious if you bothered to actually read my post.

Im saying im only talking about how I feel about this as I cant speak for others.
