Jagex is just rebalancing hunter xp, not nerfing it.

Crystalize and tick abuse are being nerfed but butterflies, moths, elite hunter outfits, Herblore Habitat among other hunter activities are getting buffed up.

They are not nerfing TH lamps and stars unless they want to do a xp/level rework first.
