Firstly, hello all. This is my first forum post so forgive me if I sound like a normie. Anyway, I was hoping for rare item tokens on TH so I could get something limited (I had like 1208). Unfortunately, I didn't get anymore, so I got the random rare item. A long time ago I joined the member club where you get a couple things including a Flaming skull. I decided to get a random rare item from the limited and got a thing called the Flaming head. I was waiting a long time to get a rare item and I was very disappointed when I got pretty much the same thing as I already had. I was wondering if any J-Mods are able to refund anything or just help people in the future with the same problem I had. Thanks all!

Damn, that sucks. I am still really disappointed at that. Oh well, at least Jagex can see this for future reference.
