I use my keys every day. I have a Runescape Silver subscription meaning I receive 3 daily keys every game reset. I don't save my keys. I have yet to EVER receive daily keys, and I thought it was because I was already receiving 3. TURNS OUT, after looking through jagex support pages, I should actually be receiving SIX keys. That means in the past when you guys have run this promo I've missed out on countless keys, and am currently missing out on keys as my clanmates are receiving the double key promo and I still am not. Would greatly appreciate if this was fixed and if I could maybe be compensated for past keys not rewarded because I guarantee it is no small amount.
