My treasure hunter is glitched

So recently i tried to use a key for treasure hunter, i clicked on the top right chest to open it, for whatever reason the bottom left one opened. I won the x1 multiplyer for the rainbow promotion that is going on right now. all i can do for this item is claim later. i cant claim not or turn into oddoments. so its just stuck there, i closed out of the game and logged back on. and again all i can do is claim later. help plz

This has also happened to me. I opened a chest and got a "3x Multiplier unlock" reward. All options are grayed out except for "Claim Later". I cannot use treasure hunter at all right now.

Same here.....reported as a bug...no response or action taken. I guess it will fix itself after the rainbow promotion is over. Amp2ek....the rainbow princess

Why won't someone fix this? It is not like people have not been reporting it...the response time for bug and in-game problems is freaking horrible. Amp2ek....the rainbow princess
