Combat dummies useless?

It feels like the combat dummies are bit useless for higher levels, 99 and above. You should be able to trade in your stuffs (rare item tokens,dummies and proteans) for a refund of oddments or points (like vic the trader)

you can still use them for adrenaline gain before going into certain scenarios
or just them for xp towards 120

Huh, I use the combat dummies at Vindicta, Corp, blue dog boss, circus clown boss, ... for 100% adrenaline each start.
They are extremely useful that way, because they even last longer than the ones you can make from invention! Hello Moto
