Added effect: Use of a pulse core adds (21 + 0.08 * total skill level) GP to your money pouch for each person hit by your pulse core.
Eg. If you pop a pulse and 20 people get hit by it, and your skill level is 2000
(21 + (0.08 * 2000)) * 20 = 3620 GP gets added to your money pouch.
This is not OP but encourages using pulses when people are around.
Thanks Jagex!!

Yea adding yet more gp into the game is not "op" at all... /s
More GP will mean more people will be able to GET BOND. Kind sir, that is important.

I like your initial idea of making them more social, but the last thing we need is more gp added to the game, the inflation caused by pvm drops has already ruined the game economy enough. We need to look into solutions to fix the issue not make it worse.
I think the pulse cores are already social. I usually see players skilling in the same area, and pulse cores are going off all over the place. After all, it's much easier to reach the 10% xp bonus with others rather than going alone.
if people using pulse cores would get on one world and/or announce before they go off that would help. when people are stacked on each other you don't always see them

I really don't see a need for this. People pop their cores in populated areas all the time (because that's where the portables tend to be), and the current rewards are already plenty good. They don't need any more encouragement to be "social" with them and they certainly don't need more buffs.
No support. They're perfectly fine the way they are.
