DOUBLE DAILY KEY ERROR

Im a premier member so I receive 3 keys daily, but I bought the double daily keys for a month recently and have been getting 6. but the other day I only received 1. I am pretty sure what caused it was because I already had 7 keys from the previous day plus skilling that I was saving for the gemporium event that's going on right now for treasure hunter. But when the timer reset I only went up to 8 thus only receiving one that day.
The reason I haven't been able to do anything about it till now is because I was trying to find a way to contact Jagex the last couple days but kept getting frustrated so I gave up, but I just figured out this forum stuff so I am here now. Also I used those days to test to see if I was still receiving 6 keys a day, which I am. I made sure to not have any keys left over before the daily reset to make sure. hope I can get those 5 keys I didn't receive.

I'm pretty sure it's an error on your end, considering you got the 6 daily keys with no problems, after you used all your daily keys.

Daily keys do not roll over to the next day , therefore you must've had 5 daily keys already when the reset hit. Your daily keys only went up by 1, because the 6 daily keys replaced the 5 daily keys from the previous day.
