I literally just purchased it via the interface with the guaranteed purple chest banner. Go to purchase TH keys and you'll see the exact same thing.

Edit: I can still screenshot it. And have it timestamped.

Even still when going through the interface, there is no new contract that comes up. It goes directly to 450 keys. The fact of the matter is that the Promotion Banner is still being advertised and there is no end promo date on the banner which gives the false impression to people purchasing the 450 keys. The way it stands right now would give the impression that the promotion would be honored. Given that there is no end date on the banner nor when you go through to 450 keys and nothing says the promo is ended.
