1. Did Alice get moved elsewhere, or is she gone from the game completely?

2. In the latter case, is Alice still the hostess of the Treasure Hunter activity, lore-wise?

I think they removed mascots like Alice and Solomon from their advertisement. This is probably a precautionary measure to the advertising regulations of some countries where they are looking into the addictive practice of using the images of famous characters to promote their businesses.
