This promo where you see the prize thru the crystal, is not working right.

i click something and i get a random thing. I have not won what i chose on
either of my 2 accounts.

I suppose it wont be fixed but just wondering if i am doing something wrong
to win what i choose to. The richest person is not who has the most. It is who Needs the least.

If you had read the instructions before proceeding, you'd know that every item has an equal chance of being won. You don't get to pick which one you want. You can only see all of them.
