I do know that dark harvest article did have a picture of plague doctor so that was a little misleading but still could be re-released next year, I believe all of them (non tradable halloween event/weenish th promo stuff) will eventually be released but I think they're re-releasing a little at a time to give players a good chance to get what all they want and I think this is the good way of doing it, If they re-released it all at once it would be harder to get everything you want that you missed especially if this was the last time doing a re-release for those items so I would say wait til next year and if they don't do it next year do a rant
