Is this your idea of a treasure hunter promotion? give someone a shadow gem saying you get 10 free keys, but dont deliver the 10 free keys?

Jagex if that is your idea of a great promotion to get people to never by keys, it worked!!!!

You can be sure Ill never buy any because I can't be sure you will actually deliver them.

Id say its pretty darned obvious when you click the shadow gem and it says you get 10 treasure hunter keys, but your key count stays at zero.

The point is, is that its a promotion that is intended to get you to buy more keys, but clearly treasure hunter is bugged if it doesn't give the rewards promised.

Why on earth would anyone buy keys if they arent guaranteed to get the rewards from a key?

I sure wouldn't

1. You're posting in the wrong forum (TH forum is located 5 spaces down from Recent Game Updates forum), as this topic does not pertain to a Recent Game Update.

2. Did you send in a bug report in game, so that Jagex can investigate if something actually happened?

3. Have you actually collected your prize in TH? Did you accidentally convert the prize to oddments, as you'd receive 2K instead of the normal 1K? Clue Drops -> 3a Range Top (h357), 3a Full Helm (h439), 3a Druidic Staff (e969), Barrows Dye (h1755, h2546, e680, e1567, e2038, e2160, m480, m783, m862), Shadow Dye (e510, e1970, e1985, h2948), Ice Dye (e1539, e2804), 3a Dye (e3129)

I also got the 10 Key special thing to start, and it worked for me.
Not that I necessarily think giving people shedloads of keys is a great idea.

Well I wasn't expecting to win that at all with my 3 free keys, but I did get it and when I clicked "Backpack" they immediately went into my th thingamajiggy.

Bug report?
