Yea I've got the same issue but with the Queen's Guard outfit. This I think was intentional ..so you can spend more keys to get the unlocks. I 100% support this

Yeah it's been a while.
Not that I've been playing much.
I would be ok with dropping some keys on the promo if they ran it again.
I would definitely prefer if I can just recolour it though.
