was stated in blog post that there was a chance to get them but they were removed from the wiki page and havnt seen any yet, just no luck or was the blog post faulty?

It does say in the newspost that the title and glasses would be in promo but it looks like they lied to get ppl to buy keys. I need my blue charms back.
