I purchased a pack of treasure keys on me rs account but i only play old school runescape on this account and cannot find a way to use them like i have before in rs3, can u no use them in old school runescape someone please lmk give me a answer

You can't use treasure hunter keys in old school runescape. You should try to get a refund.
