Lost Helm of Petrification

Ohhh, k. I've had that helm for quite awhile, at least a couple of years, but I lost it recently (no clue how/why). I've checked my bank and Diango a few times, no helm. I still have a mask of stone, though, and it shows I've killed over 1,500 cockatrices. Do I need to kill another 300 to upgrade? I'm sooo confused. Any help/suggestions are very welcome.

Did you change it back to mask of stone?

You can do so by right-clicking it and choosing "change-look".

I believe Draco is correct. Changing the look retains the kill count.

If you had used a Spirit of Battle on your Helm of Petrification, resetting it back into a Mask of Stone, your kill count would also have been reset.

Welp, apparently I did change it I'm such a Ditz...in fact I consider my middle names as Ditzy Chick and Dazed and Confused, lolol...seriously ! K..tyvvvm for the advice
