This is really a big issue because I bought 35 keys and it was paid for and now I go to try and buy 75 keys and its saying a previously paid for item has not yet been charged on the account when I went and put my information and the payment went through and its charged on my bank account Runeacapw this game has a lot of issues with keys I buy atleast 300 keys a month and I only get to enjoy maybe 250 keys because the rest of the 50 that are xp lamps I put it on a skill and it doesn't give me no xp especially if I dont check the skill before applying the lamp its really a big issue because now I've lost well over 300 keys and I still don't see you guys the Jager team helping me out with not even 1 key back from the 300 treasure hunter keys that I've lost and since I paid for the keys with my own hard earned money I'd like for you guys to check the servers and to give me back all of my keys that I've lost because 300 keys is a lot of money wasted and not only that 300 keys in xp lamps is a lot of xp wasted and gonne down the drain fix this problem because I've been charged on my bank account for the 300 plus keys I've lost give me my keys back I dont want a refund in the money I want the keys to be put on my account so that I can claim it on my double xp on my skills I've asked for keys to be put back on my account because of issues but you guys the Jager team doesn't seem to care to put the keys back on my account and its really frustrating to me writing all of this because I know you guys probably will read this but not put the keys back on my account and I work hard for my money for an issue to make me lose close to $100 Canadian dollars
