I'm hoping this is a simple fix. Ive just won some heartments and am unable to claim. The error says i need at least 2 free slots in my inventory or bank when I have sufficient. Any those or is something broken ?

I won 1000 oddments and it stated they went to my currency pouch. They weren't there or in my backpack. I logged out thinking they may possibly appear. They had other plans, though. Good luck to us getting this hashed out and receiving our winnings.

P2P has an easier time dealing with it since clearing 1 - 3 bankspaces generally takes care of it. It's F2P that's the issue since former members could end up having to get rid of up to 501 items in a day just to get their TH reward. How to block a forum user

Thank you for your reply, Mel. My backpack had plenty of space. I believe my bank had maybe 3 to 4 blank spaces but can't be sure. I'll keep what you said in mind and make certain I have empty spaces in both when I do TH, from now on. Appreciate your reply.

I'm experiencing that bug too.

The problem is in the bonus prize during this promotion, which is automatically sent to the bank. Unfortunately, when heartments are the prize, I can't claim them because it claims I don't have at least 2 bank spaces free.

I have at least 10 f2p bank spaces free. I even tried freeing up members bank spaces by selling a few things. It didn't work. I can't continue with Treasure Hunter at all because one cannot proceed without claiming the prize. When both 'Claim' and 'Backpack' lead to the message, there's no way to proceed. No way to discard or convert to oddments since the seasonal oddments - heartments - are the prize, and there's the bonus prize that goes with it that you're not given the option to turn down.

My guess is that the extra bank spaces I purchased with Bank Boosters aren't being counted. But I'm just guessing. I don't know what's causing this glitch. But it prevents me from participating any further in the 'Gifts from the Heart' promotion.
