bug buying th keys with bonds

Yea it's happened to me a bunch of times on my other account.
I trained 200m summ hp slayer on a nub using only bonds.
I reported a glitch at least twice, and they offered me 50% off my next key package bought with $s.... but I haven't used $s since I reported... the offer has probably expired now.
I know exactly how it happened but when I made a complaint they said I was wrong. I tested the glitch and performed the key lose again. Ya lose keys like this....

1, log in...
2, add keys using bonds
3, click the first, initial treasure hunter button shown when logging in (its sorta hard to do because the treasure hunter thingy pops up bigger than a 99 skull party thing... ya don't click on that pop up. Ya click on the little treasure hunter tab ya got when ya log in).
Repeat.
Log in, see treasure hunter button that opens th, use bonds to add keys (don't click the huge pop up saying "go to th now"
, without closing the pop up, click the th button that pops up when u log in, and lose all your keys.
One time I lost at least 20 bonds. 6/2(1+2)=
