I see no where did OP indicate he didn't like the game. On the contrary, it seemed he like the game very much and he wanted Jagex to add Deathtouched Dart to TH. Perhaps he might even want to spend money to play RS3.

Now to OP, I have seen Deathtouched Darts on TH in some rare occasions.

I like this idea. Perhaps as a purple rare slot, with a reasonably low number like 3-5 of them?

I think Treasure Hunter can use an overhaul in general. Some of the prizes are dated, and no longer lucrative to Runescape in 2020.

I wouldn't support red rare slot since those are still relatively common, and this could adversely affect the economy. Purple rare slot seems more appropriate.
