I'm rather salty that only certain platforms are receiving such steep discounts. I'd have bought keys, but not at 2 1/2 times what other players are buying them for. When did those who play on a regular computer become third-class citizens in Gielinor?

Different partnerships have different offers. Even for us who play on a regular computer, we still see stark differences in offers from Prime Gaming and Steam. For instance, we don't get exclusive early access of new content from Steam but Prime Gaming offers it.

your aware its not hard to get this deal even on pc? just get an android emulator and install app and you get deal.

tones of people did this when mobile first came out for the outfit/pet ect...

also your technally 3rd class if ios user, iOS beta testers cant pay for IAPs google lets you pay for IAPs in a beta.

prime gaming is different, plus that was a one off for osrs... and it flopped bad tbh.

and to be fair mobile gets early access content too, they currently A/B testing a new tutorial on mobile... except its basically a v2 of the ashdale tutorial so its garbage. Lost Woods numba 1, (NOT EE, Those scrubs are liars ;p)
