Check out the Earning Rewards article in the Support Centre for instructions on how to resolve the issue with SuperRewards, or Peanut Labs, which ever was the offering partner that you used.

If you have done this and still have not resolved the issue, then you may follow the instructions in the Contacting the 3rd party has not resolved my earned rewards issue page to contact the Payment Support Team.

Hi, I have followed all of the suggested procedures. I've even sent messages to superrewards and peanutlabs through their help lines, but I have been unable to receive a response from either company. I have provided both companies with detailed information such as order #s, product serial numbers, exact charge amounts that have been charged to my debit card, pretty much everything. I feel like these companies are just ghosting me until I give up.
