New promo bug, can't use keys

I have been unable to play the current TH promotion, it is bugged for me and I can't use any keys or get any loot. It has been 5 days now and I'm playing Fresh Start Worlds so being without boosts/bonuses/oddments is totally frustrating since we are a time-limited world.

Is anyone else having this same issue?

maybe try go reading the news post for fsw Don't trust any pc's listed, any advice or talks between posts on ID forums anymore , the Manips are let loose, especially the main one with 15+ accounts posting acting as different people.. do your own research
