NOT RECIEVING DAILY KEYS

Hello,

I have not received my daily treasure hunter keys since last two days, and this is not the first time such an issue has occurred. I tried the Jagex support page, but unfortunately it was of no use, tried reporting it last time this happened, but i do not think any action was taken.

Request to Jagex, to look into this matter and also please improve the customer care and "report an issue" in the game.

But anyway to attempt to be of some help, have you had 0 TH keys the last two days, or are you saving up a batch of them for a promo that you want to invest them into?

If it is the latter and you have some saved up keys, then are you sure you only have bonus keys and none of them are dailies?

I realize these are pretty simple questions but it's the first thing that comes to mind to double check.

This sort of a question normally is recommended to be submitted via bug report in game.

Which is why you have not been receiving keys. You cannot accumulate daily keys, they must be used by the end of the day or you would not get more.

Please see the picture of the interface Kopaka provided. You need to check that you have 0 daily keys first.

This explains everything but just to put it another way:


Daily keys expire.

You can only use the keys for April 28th 2019 on April 28th 2019. If you don't, they will be gone and you will get new keys for April 29th 2019.

As such you can't "stock up" daily keys. You can only stock up on purchased keys and earned keys. Purchased keys are bought on the website with IRL money or using bonds in game. Earned keys are won via quests and daily challenges, and occasionally with key tokens from minigames, D&Ds or skilling and combat very rarely.
