We are currently planning a Community Room at RuneFest for Clans and Fansites to show off who they are and recruit players to their communities. We'll be posting this on the CLF too but are giving the fansites a day or so advance notice. It is not a huge room but it should be a good size.

What I need to know is who is likely to want to display there and how much space do you need?

We had a great area laid out with some leather sofas and some tables - we had some cool posters put up by some fansites and clans. Sadly, we didn't have too many fansites volunteer to set up their stands - but next year we hope to give you some more notice so you have a chance to promote yourselves a bit!
