In our guide for the current world event we displayed a live result of the battle between Armadyl and Bandos. We did that by scraping the html page on the runescape website. Overnight that stopped working, and I guess it is because of too many requests coming from our end causing these requests to be blocked.

So, could we get a new API, similar to the existing Bestiary and Grand Exchange API's which returns the current battle results in a JSON object?

We've tuned down our request frequency so that we're not being blocked automagically anymore. So for now there is no real need for this API. It would be nice, however, to see more of this kind of data being exposed by Jagex in JSON feeds to help the fan sites create interesting content.
