Maybe a non slowmode chat? A few RS emoticons wouldn't go amiss, eg. a whip, drygores, various RS text smilies.
Obviously if someone is paying like $5 for a subscription they would want more than that, but it's a start... You could consider having giveaways specifically for them, nothing more substantial, but have the occasional subscriber only giveaway, with there still being plenty of normal giveaways. However some of the regular twitch chat members might think that's a real "Pay To Win" method, so I'd say test it out the first day, and if people really don't like it, pull it back.
That's all I have for now, good luck with ideas! I'll let you know if I think of any more.
