Hi guys,

As I mentioned in the email I sent out yesterday, I'm going to ramping up our live streaming and community video support. If you didn't get the email and should have, let me know and I'll send it on in your direction.

I want to be able to get in touch with you guys in the best way possible. I'm happy to send emails but perhaps there are other ways... like this forum perhaps. ; ) So, let me know how busy this forum currently is by replying to this thread and saying hello. Hey, and if you've anything else to say too, please do =)

By the looks of things pretty dead, I check here every day or so (being a forum addict anyway) but I'm not sure about others.

I'd recommend in-game inboxes if you want a good way to contact us all.

Could I also ask when we're going to hear more about the end of the month visit?

recieved no email...
i occasionally check the forums, can't say i use them much besides looking at patch notes.

I can't say i check the in-game mail either, pretty sure i might have mail hanging around from last year i've not looked at yet :L I guess the easiest way would be email/ingame/youtube.
I can't say much has happened in these forums except for when they first started. No news on the Orb of Oc, no HD screenshots of new content or background information on latest updates or anything of that nature. It would be nice to get a hold of stuff like design sheets etc to use in update/bts/podcast kind of videos. I dare say it'd help to build up some hype for updates too getting to see that kind of thing. Inside lore would be lovely too :D
(is there a back catalogue of lore podcasts i can find somewhere? i'd like to listen to them)

copyright strikes, 'visual' jagex ltd i thought we were white listed?
Anywho i have a number of videos listed under the 'visual' property of jagex ltd, any info on what to do to dispute the claim and not lose the video/entire channel for eternity?
it would be nice to monetise them, since it'd take a long time before i can replace them.

I come on the forums here and check the vip group every couple days or so, maybe once a week. I stopped coming here frequently back when the old videoclub started to die off.

Once this forum was created I was checking everyday, but seeing as nothing ever was done with us here, everyone/most of us don't even check here anymore.

I did receive your email, and was curious to ask about the part where you said "you'll see some of us at the end of the month." I'm assuming this means people who live in, or close to Cambridge/UK only residence.

Either way, I hope something will become of this group, as we've been at this since 2011 after RuneFest lol

Most invites have been already sent out and this includes outside of the UK as well.

Good afternoon guys!

Thanks for replying. I'll create another thread and paste the email in that I sent around. I used a mailing list of streamers and video makers that was given to me when I took over so I guess I need to get some of those addresses updated!

If you'd like to email me your address ([email protected]), I'll update the database with your details.

Given that I'm now less than confident that I've been able to reach everyone I've tried to, it's probably worth me doing a newspost to get the word out a bit.

As for this forum, there's a lot of stuff coming up so I'd like to rejuvenate it and bring it back to life if I can! My first priority though is making sure I can reach you all so we can get things moving!

With regards to the visit at the end of the month, Jane has invited a number of players to come visit at the end of the month and while I don't have names, Jane told me that a number of streamers were among the visitors. There are regular visits now and with more emphasis going into streaming.

Right then, I better get into it and get the email I sent posted here somewhere.
