Anyone know what is the best program to use that records in maybe 1080p?

I use camtasia to record and edit my videos, i just find it so friendly and easy to use. But at the same time I would love to produce better quality videos? Any ideas?

Hey there,

I can personally very much recommend Fraps (http://www.fraps.com/). It is fairly cheap and offers a great quality and usability. Worth noting, however, is that when recording it takes up a lot of space. I use an external harddrive to keep my recordings to ensure I have enough space. It does offer an amazing quality though! .

I find FRAPs and DXTory are the best, there are loads of others though, such as Bandicam, Playclaw etc. Signature
