is it true that people were getting refunded for dying earlier because of DC's? cause i died and lost whip/d boots/ warrior ring (i) and other miscellanious items at bandos earlier.. if no, its no biggy im just curious because my stream was telling me about it

It's possible with some luck, though I'm not sure about the state of resets/rollbacks/refunds at the moment..
