Does anyone know why even completing this quest twice Armadyl still doesn't take back his Empyrian Citadel, although Mod Raven said that after this update he will be able to do so and there will be a short mini-quest for that?! Guess, this was just a damn trolling BS!!!
Player since 2010 September. Although, not always rich.

Calm down, it does take time for this to be put into the game, there are more important thing to do than moving a character to a location he has no interest in reclaiming that fast.. He also said that Armadyl isn't in a hurry to reclaim his Citadel. Soon he will, just wait.
