so my i am intrested in a bit lore.
but how would boots of lightness,spotted cape etc would reduce your weight in real life by serval.
how exactly such work in real or is there lore how it exactly works.

Some of the items like the Boots of Lightness, Traeharn outfit, Runecrafting Outfits would sadly be just explained away as "magic".
The elves and runecrafting guild are based pretty heavily on magic, so enchantments would be the simplest explanation.
The Boots of Lightness are part of the bygone classic era, though likely abusing the same explanation.

The spotted and spottier capes are take from fur from the very fast kebbits. Need little else to explain that.

Boots examine say they're magic so they're enchanted to reduce weight. Spotted cape is aerodynamic so it reduces the wearer's wind drag when running.
