hellow. I don't get it for a very long time kal'gerion battle commendation titles, kill over 2000 and did not give titles. first two have titles but does not give others: the Pummeller, the Thunderous, the Warmonger. maybe what I locked, need to talk with someone? Advise what to do?

Do you have an unread commendation in your inventory/bank? If so, you can't progress untill you've read it. Got Ralph at ~62.799.196 xp.
