Since soon we will find out some bad things about Guthix that may make him look like he isn't the goody two shoes we thought he might be, we ought to prepare ourselves for the worst and that Guthix is behind a lot of bad things happening.

Guthix is actually a follower of Sliske.

Guthix was the one who corrupted Mah.

Guthix was actually the one who fell on the house and crushed Aagi.

Guthix once kicked Icthlarin.

Guthix gave visions to Hazelmere that would deliberately lead to his death.

Guthix instructed Nomad to construct Gielinor because the Ascension followers were taking too long to resurrect him.

Guthix was the one behind Cabbage Facepunch Bonanza, and deliberately didn't give you the option to side with Zaros specifically so Azzanadra would be disappointed in you.

Xau-Tak infected Guthix with depression, and in a desperate attempt to prevent full infection Guthix allowed himself to die.

And failed.

His body is currently being reconstituted under the Ascension Monastery by legions (hehe) of fanatical Guthixian kidnappers who dip their adherents into crystal vats. Xau-Thix bides his time, watching. Waiting.

Early on, Guthix met Zaros in a bar while both were exploring the universe's many planets. Zaros- manipulative as always- ordered him a drink Soon, both would laugh and share tales of the creators and the anima mundi, gving Guthix a basic understanding to study it further.

This encounter made him tolerate the importation of beings from all creeds and races, giving the whereabouts of the world gate, sneakily taking it from Seren, in his drive to boost the world's anima mundi, therewith flooding it with abundant lifeforms, souls and whatnot.

As papa smurf tried to ruin Gielinor's peaceful hippie culture- busy with experimenting with crystals and herbs- Guthix, seeking balance and believing Gielinor was incomplete, got tempted, allowing Zaros to take control of the world and unify all life under one banner.

In advance, Zaros learned herblore and farming skills from the druids of old, who would then join him in order to sustain the empire's incredible agricultural feats and enjoy prosperity.

To top it off, Zaros agreed to teach Saradomin a lesson, first humiliating him by forcing him into submission, to then finally finish him off, as part of this most shameful bargain.

With these things set in motion, Guthix could finally sleep over his painful past without having to worry about all kinds of world problems. Not anticipating things getting out of "control", it would become the most disastrous deal of history, making Gielinor a breeding ground of wars and mass deaths, thereby upsetting the "perfect world"'s balance, finally scarring the anima mundi. Guthix got enough, telling everyone to "get out out my lawn".

What would follow is another story. Sometimes one must operate within the
shadows
to serve the
light
. For a man makes no noise over a good deed, but passes on to another as a vine to bear fruits again in season, in order that the world may ever be new.

We might get elaborations on what was inside Renmark since that's what led to Guthix destroying the plane.

We might get some more information of the Void Pests.

We might see Guthix 'contaminate' one plane with the lifeforms of another, leading to the downfall of the contaminated plane's natives (ex: if Guthix brought to New Domina the race Saradomin would later eradicate because it would 'balance' the Icyene).

We might see Guthix try to take an active role opposing other gods (ex: essentially acting like V planned to) only to cause more issues, beginning him down the path of taking beings away from other gods and eventually settling Gielinor.

Guthix didn't invite me to his birthday party...

And all that time he spent gathering XP from the stone of Jas...yep...you guessed it, botted.

I also hear that Guthix hacked into the server files and used the rotten potato to bring in thousands of illegal migrants.
