I wasn't sure whether to put this in a suggestions forum or the lore forum because frankly it touches on a little of both. But I put it here because I'm really more interested in the conversation about the lore than I am in just giving Jagex another to-do.
So I just began playing the game in 2018 since a long hiatus, which means I never experienced the 2017 Hallowe'en event. The Lore FC just introduced me to it, and boy, did I miss out on some great content. On the one hand, Jagex, please keep doing events like this in the future using player-submitted stories and the like. It looked amazing. But this time don't lock it behind a poll that requires 75% approval to stay in the game! Geez, how I wish I had played that.
Now for the reason I put it in this forum... What's everyone's favorite story from back then? Or if you don't really remember, how did it impact your experience with the game's lore? I'm sure there were some juicy stories among the bunch but it feels kind of depressing to read them on the wiki because I'm thinking every word how much I wish it was still in the game.
