Thanks to the Camelot quests we know that "Britain" is a thing in Runescape and since the knights are saradominists I have been thinking that Saradomin could potentially have come to Earth within the lore of the game. They did say the he colonized multiple worlds with humans since leaving Teragard.
So if Saradomin ever came to Earth in 2021, think he would want to stay? Maybe rule here? Is he strong to take over?
It would be interesting if he brought icyene and centaurs over or maybe take some of our technology to Gilienor.
What are your thoughts on this?

Would he want to?

I think his motives for most things are a self-righteous self-appointed sense of 'I bring order and peace to the uncivilized and brutish violent backwards people of the universe'.

As such, yea, we'd definitely fit his primary demographic.

But would he be successful as a political leader here?

Not a chance.

He'd garner a following, sure, but he'd have major backlash from all kinds of interest groups.

It's not out of the realm of possibility that he'd consider it his moral duty to impose his rule upon the earth in order to crush the evil and bring peace. But again I think he'd face a ton of resistance.

As for earth tech being brought to Gielinor, I definitely hope not. Invention is plenty close enough and already gets too close at times. Fantasy games are better kept in the realm of fantasy.

Do you think he can take over though? Is he too much for modern day weaponry or will the resistance he face overwhelm him?

Saradomin is all about law and order and considering how much more organized Earth is compared to Gielinor then maybe he will think this is an overall orderly world and he may not want to take over.

Are we certain that the knights of Camelot are Saradominists?

I just did Holy Grail - in OSRS, so it may have been retconned in one game or another - but the retired knight living alone near McGrubor's Wood, Sir Galahad, complained that it's hard for him for practice his religious faith surrounded by all these Saradominists, and that he follows a different god. The implication seemed to be that it was a religious faction from back in Britain.

I do see why some of the JMODs have complained about the Camelot lore and wish they could retcon it out, much like they did with Romeo & Juliet, lol.

Considering the prayers you get from the knights training ground are standard prayers, and the rest of the standard prayer book is Saradominist, it makes a loose connection. But that might easily be explained by it being an older quest, and where else are they going to put those anyway? You can't make a whole prayer book for three prayers.
