Lore distances between Cities?

Hi, Im currently working of a runescape dnd 5e campaign for me and some of my friends, but im having a bit of trouble find the lore of distance, as in how far certain cities are from one another. I know they arnt 3 minute walks lol since from one of the books I read falador has a pop of almost 10,000 lol.

Any help friends, I just need the travel time between 2 location's and I could map out the distance of the rest. Scarred by Bandos, Forever ready for war.

I remember when reading the first novel, they had the time it would take to go from falador to taverly around a couple days, I believe? Can't remember the exact amount of time... But I hope this helps, and good luck with the dnd!

I did a small one myself, though I admit it wasn't all that scientific. I didn't worry too much about precise distances etc.

In my campaign, for reference, the walk from the walls of Falador up to the crossroads with the musician was a day's journey.

My players then recruited the musician to join them on their mission into the black knights' fortress, lol.
